Lovely hotel in a the best location

This hotel is a little gem in the centre of Ayia Napa. It is within 5 minutes or less walk to everything you need, including lovely restaurants, bars, marina and a great beach. All staff members were very friendly and the food was very good too. We want to say a huge thank you to the wonderful ladies at the reception who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. You have made our stay amazing, we loved our corner suite with the most amazing views and we are very grateful for that! We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful

Nice hotel in very good location. Nice and clean room. We had a great time in the hotel, the facilities are well maintained and clean. We also tried the all inclusive package for a very good value, and we especially liked lunch and dinner buffets, a large range of chooses and good quality of food

Would be nice if the access to the beach was simpler, but pool area was quite nice so we just skipped the beach

Excellent stay. Would definitely come back.

We’ve been upgraded to the best suites in the hotel. Amazing sea and pool view (worth the money) !!!The staff were very helpful and helped with everything needed. The pool is great. Very close to the city center. There are very good restaurants near by on the Main Street. The gym is nice although we did not use it. There were in suite jacuzzis. Excellent water stream in the showers. Room service food was good. Angela (hope Ingot the name right) was great

Food (breakfast, lunch) was just OK. The are sun beds in a designated area near the beach but not right on the beach.

great location, nice room, we highly recommend

a large selection of meals for breakfast and dinner, also for children. Great location, practically right on the beach, close to shops, pharmacy, restaurants, port. Large, spacious room. Helpful reception staff.

The rooms were not cleaned thoroughly. The day before check-out it was not cleaned at all.

Wonderful

The all inclusive offer was awesome!! Around 10 included all inclusive cocktails, shots, etc. Food was alright, some days better than others, but always better than average. Value for money was definitely way better than expected. Rooms were clean and spacious, the staff was friendly and the SPA was awesome as well. Furthermore, the hotel is perfectly close to the city center, it’s less than a 5 minute walk to several bars and pubs, restaurants, shops, and around 10 minutes to the party strip, perfect for young people as well.

The only disadvantage I can think of, is, that there is no private beach access for the hotel, you have to walk around the hotel and then to the beach, which is still not a far walk, however, for people wanting to stay at the beach the whole day, you might consider that sun-beds at the beach are not free and you have to walk around the hotel to access the beach, there’s no direct access.

The location was excellent, very close to the beach and close to town. Good sized parking which is helpful. The breakfast buffet was huge. A bonus to get free beach towels for use

Exceptional Stay at Nelia

Nelia exceeded all our expectations. The view from our room was stunning, everything was spotlessly clean, and all the employees were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the bus station where you can catch a bus to the popular beaches. It's right in the center, so all the restaurants and shopping stores are just around the corner. There's also a beach next to the hotel with very comfortable hotel sunbeds. Despite reading about the stones, the beach turned out to be quite good. Dinner was varied with themed evenings, but if you're picky like me, don't worry, there's always a standard continental section, as well as a gluten-free section and a great selection of food for vegans. We had a fantastic time and would love to return. Greetings to the entire Nelia team!

Good hotel, but beach line is frustrating

nice hotel, good selection of food

the beach is very frustrating, but so many stones on the shore - we walked along the beach to other hotels’ front in order to have sandy walk into the sea(( not good for kids at all. what is the point of having hotel sun-beds there if you go swimming to other direction

It was a really good holiday and we have booked for next year.

I booked an inland room but it didn’t lookout inland it looked into another hotel. If you left the curtains open they could see you and vice Verda. Room was good size with accessible shower. Beautifully clean.

The only disabled toilet was on the lower ground floor with only the one lift going down. If the lift broke down or there was a power cut you are not going to the toilet. I have left comments to the Manager and a possible ground floor location.

They provided us with connecting room. The location is perfect, close to everywhere, parking is also free.

The beds are not comfortable, the towels are too old. They need to be completely replaced.

Got a free upgrade to a suite in kaliva across the road. Facilities in the room was excellent.

Had to walk 5 minutes to get the breakfast across the road. Due to me having walking issues after an accident was not ideal.

Good value for money

Good location near center and beach, big breakfast variety, polite personnel, well decorated hotel.

This is the third we stayed at this hotel and all times we asked for a room with a double bed and all 3 times we got a room with two single beds which were not even connected in some way.

Wonderful

The room was clean and big. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices!

Pool and parking are small for the size of the hotel. We got all inclusive but coffee and fresh juices were not included (we dont drink alcohol and soft drinks so actually we pay for all inclusive and we were drinking water).
